In addition I have contributed to a number of community organizations
over the last 40+ years in the following capacities;

I have helped raise over $7,000,000 for Provincial Taxpayers Associations
and National Taxpayers Federation plus several millions for other
community organizations.
My Philosophy
My philosophy in life has always been to recognize that we are placed
here to help others, to be of service to others, to use our time,
energy and talents that will benefit others and hopefully make things
better for our part of the world. When we all do that we make it a
better place. How well we do things should be our signature.
My philosophy in fundraising is followed up with value for money
and to multiply myself. I want to encourage others to help and even
tithe back into the community, 10% through the ages was always considered
right and good.
When I attended the Worldwide Fundraising School at the University
of San Francisco, I was fortunate to learn from the best through Harold
Seymour, in Designs for Fundraising. I quote Harold, “The
vineyards of philanthropy are pleasant places and I would hope good
men and women will be drawn there. Most of all, I would hope it will
be better understood that if these vineyards are to thrive and bear
their best fruit, they must always have first class attention.”
